We specialize in customized, on-site training to improve your team's ability to  collaborate or negotiate.  Participants will learn how to use our AGREE Model to prepare for, engage in, and create collective agreements that create value for employees and organizations.   

Individual team member coaching is available to reinforce training or as a stand alone resource.  Clients experience a safe and supportive environment to grow their leadership capability to collaborate effectively.
