President and Founder, Stacey Allerton brings over 30 years of experience as a senior executive at one of the largest organizations in the United States.
Stacey served as Vice-President of Human Resource for Ford Motor Company Canada and was the Chief Negotiator for automotive collective agreements that set the pattern for the entire Canadian automotive industry. She's also worked extensively in the United States. Her expertise transcends negotiations and collective bargaining. She has demonstrated success in coaching and training teams to collaborate and deliver business results, including clients in engineering, marketing, manufacturing, human resources and finance. She's worked with numerous, diverse teams in North and South America. Examples include: The shop floor of a Ford factory in Detroit Michigan, a ride share start-up in San Francisco California, a sales and marketing team in Toronto Ontario, and a leadership team in Sao Paulo Brazil. Stacey helps organizations find creativity solutions that deliver value for both the organization AND employees. For example, she delivered the first four-day work week schedule at a UAW-represented plant in St. Paul Minnesota.
Stacey's work has been highlighted in The New York Times and The Toronto Star. The Women’s Executive Network recognized her as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 for multiple years. She is a Certified Executive Coach and a member of the Center for Executive Leadership.
